Before joining Symphony Placements, Courtney worked in sales operations and client support, where she developed a strong foundation in relationship management, communication, and process improvement. She also has experience in the healthcare field, which strengthened her ability to thrive in fast-paced, people focused environments.
Outside of work, Courtney loves spending time outdoors with her family, catching a baseball game, or enjoying a live country music concert.
