Customer Service Representative for Maryland-based call center serving Maryland residents seeking health insurance coverage.
During your training (3 weeks) and nesting (4 weeks) period, you must be able to provide your own equipment. Compatible computers: Windows 10, MAC OS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher. Webcam, along with a headset. Once you complete nesting and training, equipment will be sent.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of high-volume Call Center AND with Healthcare-related customer service experience. We’re seeking candidates that are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience in a remote call center receiving a high volume of calls.
