Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative

Job duties would include delivering questions over the telephone and accurately record responses often using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system. The overall goal is to develop highly trained and motivated team members who develop valuable skills and enjoy a dynamic and rewarding work experience.

Requirements of the Customer Representative Inbound

  • Have your own laptop or Desktop
  • High Speed internet
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • At least a year of customer service experience
  • Preferably a year of call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED, minimum
  • Available to work weekdays, weekend days, and occasionally additional day hours available
  • Able to pass a reading assessment and background check
