Competent Temporary Medical Staffing
The importance of quality medical staffing cannot be under stated. It’s one of the few fields that requires competency in a particular skill as well as an understanding of certain legal bindings required with any medical care.
Symphony Placements finds qualified employees to fill positions for many industries, but we specialize in temporary medical staffing for hospitals and health-care facilities in Maryland. The nature of the health care industry poses a particular problem for many facilities looking to find and hire competent staff. Health care is one of the most in-demand job fields in the United States, and the demand is estimated to grow another 5.6 million by 2020. Most of these jobs require extensive education and/or certification.
This leaves health care facilities with a great need for employees, and many times, not enough resources to find them. Health Care businesses looking for exceptional employees should contact Symphony Placements to help with the search. Symphony Placements recruits employees with various experience levels in the health care field. We take the time and money out of the screening process for health care facilities.
They can trust us to find high-quality employees without having to conduct the search themselves. Health care facilities often have trouble finding adequate employees because positions may be during non-traditional hours or on a part-time schedule. Additionally, employees in the medical field usually need some degree of education or certification to be qualified for the work.
Finding staff with quality credentials may be difficult, especially if the job calls for working odd hours or nights. Symphony Placements connects qualified health care employees with the employers that need them. We offer temporary medical staffing for both clinical and medical office positions. Here is a list of a few of the fields we screen for, as well as information on the screening process:
- Medical Receptionists are screened for their experience with medical software, medical records, and insurance verification, in addition to traditional clerical knowledge.
- Medical Assistants are screened for all necessary certifications, like CPR and EMR, health screens, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience working in both front and back aspects of a medical facility.
- Certified/Registered Medical Assistants require certification through a nationally recognized school. In addition, all medical certifications like CPR, EMR, and health tests like physicals and immunizations will be confirmed.
- Medical Secretaries are screened for their medical appointment scheduling experience, transcription knowledge, insurance authorization, and additional experience.
Competent Temporary Medical Staffing
We also offer temporary staffing for many other positions, including registered nurses, case managers, and social workers. All candidates are thoroughly screened for qualifications and certifications before we refer them to an employer. Additionally, any candidates who do not meet certification standards are recommended to continuing education programs that can help them obtain necessary qualifications before pursuing a certain position.
At Symphony Placements, we connect exceptional employees in positions worthy of their skills. Whether looking for a temporary, part-time, or full-time job, Symphony Placements offers flexible employment solutions.
