Wanda Smith, CEO and founder of Symphony Placements, has been staffing Fortune 1000 companies in the Baltimore, Washington and Northern Virginia areas for over fifteen years.

Since beginning work in temporary staffing around Baltimore in 1988, Wanda has developed substantial relationships with many business owners/managers throughout the area. Over the years Wanda has expanded her services from temporary placements to include contingency searches in a wide range of business sectors. Her specialties include Allied HealthCare, Nursing, Accounting, Legal, Engineering, Property Management, and Customer Service.

Wanda heads up a staff of recruiters that have a combined experience level of over thirty (30) years of industry experience in temporary staffing, permanent placement and Human Resource Services.
